Saint Petersburg:
We were in Saint Petersburg for the famous White Nights. It is a beautiful city unfortunately it rained most of the time we were there.

This is the Hermitage with the statue of Caesar in the center. It is absolutely huge.

Roman chariot statue that sites atop the Hermitage.

One of St. Petersburg beautiful canals. It is like the Venice of Russia.

The Church of the Spilled Blood. Cheery name for such a beautiful building. It is really nice and very colorful as you can see. The mosaics on the outside depict scenes from the new testament. The religious icons in Russia were beautiful and a little surprising given the atheism of Communism.
